    Hi! My name is Rachel and I am an anti-diet personal trainer and certified intuitive eating counselor. Unlike many trainers who are going to guide you towards weight loss goals, I am not. Instead I am a weight neutral trainer who wants to help you find joyful movement. I want you to be able to move your body in ways that make you feel good, happy, energized, flexible, relaxed, powerful - WHATEVER YOU NEED in that moment.

    I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years, but in 2020 I learned about intuitive eating and it changed my whole view on my job. Instead of helping people shape their body, I now help people feel good in their body. Might there body change? Sure, but it is not the goal of my sessions. All this being said, my style of training may not be for everyone.
